Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Shadow Senior Staff: Observe experienced professionals to understand job functions and expectations. Receive mentorship and guidance from assigned supervisors or managers.
- Performance Evaluation: Receive regular feedback and undergo performance reviews. Be assessed for potential permanent placement or promotion.
