We seek to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Senior level
- Experience Length: 5 years
- Practice continued cost control through adherence to agreed budgets.
- Ensure that the Management Team has set targets regarding Sales, Gross Profit, Wastage, etc.
- Ensure that the Management Team is trained appropriately to the highest standards.
- Develop standards based on occupancy to control costs to coincide with revenues by the budget.
- Oversee and control all stocktaking.
- Personally greet and interact with as many customers as possible, creating a personalized environment within the Hotel.
- Resolve all guest complaints personally and in absence follow up by telephone or post to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a culture of top-class customer care standards.
- Ensure a good working relationship with all employees and the local community.
- Hold regular communication meetings with all employees and the Management team.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 1,000,000 monthly.
