The Office Assistant/Front Desk personnel serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, maintaining organized office spaces, overseeing supplies and equipment among others.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Performing general office administrative duties.
- Helping organize and maintain office areas.
- Monitor office supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as required.
- Managing a filing system.
- Welcoming clients and visitors and aiding with their reception as needed.
- Assist with the operations of the HR functions and duties, including clerical and administrative support.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
