We're seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and customers. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for managing the front desk area, handling phone calls, greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to relevant personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organised, and welcoming
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
