Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Maintain and organise company records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and outgoing mail.
- Uphold company policies and always represent the company image.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or corporate environment is an advantage.
