Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensure they sign in, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls, screen and forward emails, and handle inquiries.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and monitor office supplies.
- Monitor visitor access and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Address and resolve customer or visitor complaints and issues in a professional manner.
