Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or emails promptly.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide basic information about the organisation’s services and operations.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail or deliveries.
- Keep records of visitors, calls, and other front desk activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
