We are seeking an organized, articulate, and customer-friendly Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area. The ideal candidate must be able to handle administrative duties, attend to clients courteously, and maintain a professional front-desk atmosphere

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and clients politely.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and direct guests appropriately.
  • Handle scheduling, bookings, and appointments.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing and documentation.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services.
  • Coordinate with other departments when needed.
