Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Client Management & Service Excellence:
- Warmly welcome clients, providing a premium first impression.
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment logs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Promote daily treatments and package-of-the-day, spa promos, and other offers via WhatsApp status updates and broadcast messages.
- Proactively upsell spa services and products to maximize revenue – this is a key performance metric.
Operational Duties:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and receipts accurately.
- Ensure seamless handover/wash notes between shifts to maintain continuity and accountability.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff for smooth service delivery.
- Track retail product inventory and notify supervisors for restocking.
Professional Appearance & Branding:
- Maintain impeccable grooming and hygiene.
- Wear spa scrubs/uniforms neatly at all times.
- Exhibit a calm, friendly, and professional demeanour that reflects Geycci Spa’s luxury brand.
Teamwork & Communication:
- Support supervisors with administrative tasks and operational reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing staff for client promotions and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality front desk roles.
- Excellent communication, social media, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in booking software, POS systems, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work efficiently in shifts.
