We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Provide accurate information to clients, staff, and the public.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with the admin team for replenishment.
- Support other departments with clerical and organisational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of OND
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints politely.
- Basic administrative and clerical knowledge.
