Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily F&B operations including restaurant, lounge, bar, and room service.
  • Supervise service staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to boost traffic and sales, especially in the lounge and bar.
  • Work closely with management to plan and host events that attract target audiences.
  • Monitor food and beverage stock levels; assist in ordering and inventory control.
  • Implement portion control and costing systems to ensure profitability and minimize waste.
  • Assist in menu planning, food tasting, and collaboration with the kitchen team.
  • Train and motivate staff on service standards, upselling, hygiene, and guest interaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Generate daily sales and performance reports for management review.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of food portioning, menu costing, and pricing strategy.
  • Marketing knowledge with a creative mindset to develop promotions, attract patrons, and improve lounge visibility.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity with using POS systems and basic reporting tools.
  • Flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience organizing social or promotional events in hospitality.
  • Social media marketing or community engagement background is a plus.
