Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Facility Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and long-term maintenance of a portfolio of residential or commercial properties. This role involves managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing property financial performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure properties are well kept and comply with safety regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs, requests, and complaints.
- Handle tenant communication related to lease terms, policy changes, and property updates.
- Market available units and manage leasing activities, including showings and tenant screenings.
- Prepare, negotiate, and renew leases in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee rent collection, issue notices for late payments, and initiate collection proceedings if necessary.
- Handle emergency situations, including property damages, safety incidents, and urgent repairs.
- Coordinate with emergency services, insurers, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with property laws, zoning regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Maintain organized records of leases, tenant interactions, maintenance, and financial transactions.
- Handle emergency situations, including property damages, safety incidents, and urgent repairs.
- Coordinate with emergency services, insurers, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- HND/B.Sc in any course of study
