We are looking for a responsible Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure food quality, hygiene, and proper use of kitchen materials.

- Supervise cooks and kitchen assistants
- Ensure food is prepared according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor food portions and control wastage
- Ensure all kitchen items and ingredients are used strictly for production
- Prevent misuse, theft, or diversion of kitchen materials
- Report shortages and ensure proper storage of food items.
- B.Sc in Food and Nutrition, Food Technology, or related field
- 2 – 4 years of experience in fast food or a restaurant
- Good leadership and supervisory skills.
