Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make flight reservations and issue tickets using Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
- Process ticket reissues, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with airline policies.
- Provide accurate fare quotes and interpret fare rules and conditions.
- Advise clients on travel options, airline regulations, and itinerary changes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, airline schedules, and promotional fares.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in ticketing operations.
- Proficient in Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of IATA regulations and fare construction principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and courteous approach.
