Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires discretion, professionalism.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management. 
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling correspondence
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations. 
  • Act as a gatekeeper, maintaining confidentiality and representing the executive professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
