Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling correspondence
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Act as a gatekeeper, maintaining confidentiality and representing the executive professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
