Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director’s office.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and follow-up on action items.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, briefs, and presentations.
- Conduct business analysis and prepare periodic performance and status reports.
- Monitor projects and coordinate special assignments on behalf of the MD.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and engagements.
- Support policy development, SOPs, and corporate governance processes.
- Assist with Board and AGM documentation and ensure governance compliance.
- Provide personal assistance support, including travel arrangements and scheduling.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (MBA or postgraduate degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-level executives.
- Strong business analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of corporate strategy, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in project coordination, event management, and process administration.
- Financial awareness, including basic understanding of P&L statements.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, leadership ability, and confidentiality.
