General Manager Assistant
Job summary
We are looking to hire an assistant to the general manager with strong comprehensive capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the general manager in daily operations and management.
- Supervise key milestones for all departments, and ensure that all work is properly followed up and completed.
- Promote and manage major company-level projects, coordinate cross-departmental resources, and resolve bottlenecks in processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality guaranteed.
- Arrange and manage important company visits, large-scale meetings, and major events attended by senior executives.
- Collect and organise industry trends, competitor information, and changes in policies and regulations.
- Provide accurate data analysis and decision-making support for the general manager.
- Complete special tasks assigned by the general manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in business administration, economics, finance, law or related fields are preferred.
- At least 3 years of work experience, including 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, in operation management, project management, or department supervision in medium and large enterprises.
- Proven experience in independently leading cross-departmental projects or teams.
- Excellent organisation, coordination and stress tolerance.
- Be able to clarify priorities and properly handle conflicts among multiple parties in complex and changing situations.
- Strictly abide by the company’s business confidentiality, integrity and good moral conduct.
