Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant who can provide top-tier administrative support to our executive team while managing and executing digital marketing initiatives. This hybrid role blends traditional EA responsibilities with creative and strategic tasks in social media, branding, and online communications. You’ll act as a key liaison between leadership, clients, and internal teams—helping to drive productivity, maintain our digital presence, and amplify our brand voice across platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Create engaging content aligned with brand voice and strategic objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and analyze social media campaigns using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Support website updates, newsletters, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports to optimize campaigns.
General Office & Project Support:
- Assist with event planning, both virtual and in-person.
- Conduct research and compile data for strategic planning and reports.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts or digital campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media management tools.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms (a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.
