Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, smart, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the creative director/MD. This role is for a self-starter who can take initiative, manage daily operations, and represent the MD effectively across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives.

Job Description/Requirements
- Work closely with the MD on daily priorities, strategy execution, and brand growth.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare thoroughly for general meetings (including logistics and refreshments).
- Serve as the first point of contact—receive guests, handle calls, and manage walk-in clients professionally.
- Support client fittings, liaise with design and production managers on updates, and communicate fitting timelines to clients.
- Provide full administrative support to the MD, including compiling monthly reports across departments.
- Supervise the social media strategist and ensure content goes live as scheduled with innovative brand input.
- Coordinate campaigns and photoshoots in collaboration with the creative team.
- Handle incoming deliveries and drop-offs and allocate them to appropriate departments.
- Manage daily sales documentation, support off-the-rack sales, and promote new arrivals across brands (AllurebySBL, AdornebySBL).
- Ensure the showroom and office space are clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.
- Generate access codes for clients and manage visitor access.
- Communicate with clients on all platforms, confirm online orders, and provide delivery estimates.
- Conduct client consultations professionally and interpret style needs accurately.
- Support with fashion research, concept development, and strategic brand proposals.
- Work closely with the HR manager on staffing plans and strategies.
- Manage running cost accounts, payroll, and basic financial reporting.
- Identify collaboration opportunities, events, and industry fairs monthly.
- Reach out to vendors on behalf of the MD, send invites, and negotiate and manage artisan/vendor coordination for events.
- Send weekly task lists and creative suggestions to the MD every Monday.
- Ensure company and client terms and conditions are upheld in all interactions.
- Minimum of 3–4 years proven experience supporting a C-Suite Executive
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion, proactiveness, and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills; fashion industry experience is a plus
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic business tools
