Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort new product deliveries
- Upload and update product listings on the website
- Track and manage inventory levels (physical and online)
- Take clear, appealing product photos for web and social media use
- Provide prompt and friendly customer support via chat, email, or phone
- Assist in organizing the office and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks related to order fulfillment or operations
Requirements:
- Basic computer literacy (Excel/Google Sheets, web browsers)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Basic photography skills (using a smartphone)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
Additional requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or office admin roles
- Knowledge of social media and content posting
Location: Must be available to work onsite around Yaba, Lagos.
