Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all orders.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- Manage Social Media Page(s).
- Managing customers through phone calls and messages.
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care.
- Develop a rapport with customers.
- Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any related course.
- No experience is required.
- Culture fit.
- Social Media Savvy.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Excellent Organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively,
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Team player.,
Location: Karu, Abuja.
Remuneration: NGN30,000 Monthly.
