Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders at the physical location in Lekki Phase 1.
- Communicate with customers through online platforms to confirm and process their orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are relayed accurately and promptly.
- Monitor the progress of orders and ensure timely delivery to the correct customers.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all walk-in and online customers.
- Keep a clear record of order transactions and ensure accuracy in all entries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or order processing is an advantage.
- Must be well-groomed, neat, and presentable at all times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with order tracking systems or online customer platforms is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.Must live within or around Lekki Phase 1 for ease of commute.
