Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth and profitability
- Oversee supply chain management, procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with NAFDAC and other pharmaceutical regulatory standards
- Lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives
- Manage operational budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Lead and develop operational teams across production, logistics, and quality assurance
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to CEO and Board of Directors
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Business; Master's/MBA preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in pharmaceutical operations
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP standards, and quality systems
- Proven track record of operational excellence and strategic leadership
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
