Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

• Drive Business expansion strategies
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  
• Represent the company in strategic partnerships, negotiations, and high-level stakeholder engagements
  
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  
• Oversee business functions, including property development, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination and high performance.
  
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes, systems, and policies to support growth and profitability.
  
• Drive business expansion strategies, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets.
  
• Collaborate with the CEO and Board to set strategic priorities, manage risks, and ensure sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree/MBA is a plus).
  
• Minimum of 8–10 years of senior management experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
  
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
  
• In-depth understanding of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
  
• Demonstrated ability to build systems, lead teams, and execute large-scale initiatives.
  
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.
