Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, honest, and trustworthy Chef to join our team. Experience with grills & pastries is an added advantage.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality local and continental dishes in line with the menu and kitchen standards.
- Monitor kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, usage, and storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Assist with menu planning and food costing as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation and service.
- Contribute creatively to recipe development and seasonal menu updates.
- Support pastry production if and when required.
- Proficient in using basic hospitality software to manage orders and streamline inventory processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of local and continental cuisine.
- Confidence in inventory control and stock management.
- Practical experience with pastry and baking is an added advantage.
- Culinary certification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
