Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious and irresistible meals for our customers.
- Ability to organize the assigned work area and efficiently attend to orders.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Ensure complete adherence to company policy and procedures.
- Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
- Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
- Prepare food to order.
- Keep the work area clean.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience working as a Cook.
- Passion for cooking great meals for other people.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Culinary training or restaurant experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
