Job Summary
We are looking for goal driven individual to join our team as a Business Trainee he /she will assisting with administration, client relations, market research, and project coordination.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily business operations across departments.
- Support client management activities, including follow-ups, scheduling, and inquiries.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends, audience needs, and competitor activities.
- Assist with preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Support media campaigns, project planning, and execution.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Help track performance metrics and analyze campaign results.
- Learn and use media tools, CRM software, and project management systems.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors as part of the training program.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
