Job summary
Kemstin Resource Limited is seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Manager to support the day-to-day operations of multiple businesses within the Founder’s business portfolio. The role involves coordinating tasks across different business units, including Kemstin Resource Limited and other affiliated brands.

Responsibiliities:
Operations & Coordination:
- Coordinate daily operational tasks across all business units.
- Track assignments, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure execution.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support process improvement and operational structure.
Administrative & Documentation Support:
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and filing of business documents.
- Maintain records for recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes.
- Support internal reporting and task documentation.
Recruitment & HR Support (Kemstin):
- Support recruitment coordination for clients and agencies.
- Track candidate applications and recruitment processes.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and follow-ups.
Client & Customer Support:
- Assist with client communication and follow-ups.
- Support customer and reader engagement for Thryvelog.
- Escalate issues appropriately and maintain professionalism.
Social Media & Brand Support:
- Support basic social media posting and coordination across brands.
- Assist with content scheduling and follow-up.
- Coordinate simple marketing or promotional activities.
Founder Support:
- Provide daily operational support to the Founder.
- Assist with planning, reminders, and execution of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or business support roles.
- Experience working remotely or independently is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting multiple projects or business units is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using digital tools, including: Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and email for work communication, Basic social media tools (Instagram, scheduling tools are a plus).
- Remote Work Requirements: Reliable internet connection, Availability during agreed working hours, Ability to communicate clearly and consistently in a remote setting, Strong sense of accountability and time management.
