Job Summary
We are looking for bartender who can serves drinks to customers in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and organized bar, ensure responsible alcohol service, manage inventory, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills and create exceptional guest experience.

Job Description/Requirements
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders and ensure a positive and engaging bar experience.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Accurately process cash and card payments using the POS system, and issue receipts.
- Observe guests to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and comply with legal and hotel regulations.
- Track stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; notify management of shortages or restocking needs.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and hotel management to ensure smooth service.
- Recommend drinks, upsell premium options, and promote daily or seasonal specials to boost sale
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume bar setting.
- Strong understanding of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and provide a positive experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items like kegs or crates, and work in a fast-paced environment.
