Job Summary
We are looking for a Bar/Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our hospitality business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. You will help to improve on our revenue and operational quality targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts and meeting revenue targets.
- Taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Create effective schedules to ensure that bar/restaurant is well staffed during peak hours.
- The bar manager will promote and grow the business, hire and train waiters, and ensure that customers receive excellent drinks, food, and services.
- You will also manage inventory and resources, plan promotional events.
- Ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, maintain current liquor & food safety licenses.
- Create work schedules and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Hospitality Management or similar roles.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities and take on conflict resolution.
- Possess good business sense.
- Skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving, observation, and interpersonal skills
