We just launched our outdoor bar and we are looking for an experience griller for fish and similar edibles.

- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ordering of fish and other grilling items from the store.
- Preparation of fish for grilling purposes
- Grill fish to meet Turn around time of 45 minutes
- Cutting and marinating fish appropriately
- Update production schedules, recipe cards, and plating guides.
- Adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, health, and safety regulations.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and supplies are maintained clean and sanitized.
- Record orders as they come and keep proper information on all orders
- Set daily priorities and inform changes in assignments that may arise at times.
- Interact with guests, get their feedback, and record their complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an SSCE
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
