We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Short Let Sales Executive to market, sell, and manage short-term rental properties. You will be responsible for securing bookings, maximizing occupancy rates, managing client relations, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and secure bookings for short-let properties.
- Create and manage property listings across multiple online platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.).
- Respond promptly to inquiries, manage reservations, and handle guest communications.
- Monitor the local rental market and adjust pricing strategies for maximum revenue.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare properties for guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and property owners.
- Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal standards.
- Prepare regular occupancy and income reports for management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of online booking platforms
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and property management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
