The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student recruitment target, managing a team of recruiters, building strong institutional relationships, and overseeing students' conversion

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the student recruitment team.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment and marketing plans to achieve student enrolment targets.
- Generate and convert leads into successful student enrolments.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to recruiters, ensuring efficiency and target achievement.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with international institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee counselling processes and ensure accuracy and quality in all student applications.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to ensure optimal team performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements or training where necessary.
- Organise and participate in education fairs, webinars, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with international admissions procedures, visa regulations, and institutional requirements.
- Manage communication between students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Collaborate with management to identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND, or Equivalent in any related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or study abroad services.
- Proven experience in managing a team and achieving set enrolment targets.
- Strong understanding of international admissions processes and visa requirements, particularly for the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and Europe.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
