Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to support the growth and operations of our International Student Recruitment Division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student recruitment target, managing a team of recruiters, building strong institutional relationships, and overseeing students' conversion

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the student recruitment team.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment and marketing plans to achieve student enrolment targets.
  • Generate and convert leads into successful student enrolments.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to recruiters, ensuring efficiency and target achievement.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with international institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee counselling processes and ensure accuracy and quality in all student applications.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements or training where necessary.
  • Organise and participate in education fairs, webinars, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with international admissions procedures, visa regulations, and institutional requirements.
  • Manage communication between students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Collaborate with management to identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND, or Equivalent in any related field
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or study abroad services.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and achieving set enrolment targets.
  • Strong understanding of international admissions processes and visa requirements, particularly for the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and Europe.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
