Assistant Bartender

Requirements:

• Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately to customers.
• Support in planning and updating the bar menu and drink recipes, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection.
• Maintain excellent bar organization to ensure a seamless workflow during service hours.
• Manage drink ingredients, ensuring stock levels are adequate and costs are minimized through efficient usage.
• Memorize and track customer orders to ensure prompt and accurate service.
• Collaborate with the bartender and other staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Restock supplies and ingredients during shifts to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Adhere to company policies regarding responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Assist in inventory management and report any shortages or issues to the bartender or management.

Requirements:

• Speed and efficiency in drink preparation.
• Minimum of a High School (S.S.C.E) certificate.
• Knowledge of how to plan and prepare a bar menu and drink recipes 
• Knowledge of preparing and handling both alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks
• A good memory to keep track of customers' orders
• Excellent bar organization skills
• Ability to manage drink ingredients and keep costs at a minimum
