Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
- Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and meet hotel performance goals.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and improved guest experience.
- Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, monitoring attendance, and maintaining productivity across departments.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and departmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Promote teamwork and communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make quick, effective decisions.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Close attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality service.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
