Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bar/lounge,
- Ensuring high-quality service.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement drink menus and promotions to attract customers.
- Generate leads and drive sales through targeted marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Plan and coordinate events, including private parties and themed nights, to enhance visibility and revenue.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
