- Planning long-term goals for social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to match business goals, such as lead generation.
- Planning, creating, and scheduling daily content (videos, photos, copy) using content calendars and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Responding to comments, questions, and mentions to build community and humanize the brand.
- Monitoring performance metrics (likes, shares, clicks) to evaluate the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies.
- Staying current on industry trends, new platform features, and tracking what users say about the brand or competitors.
- Working with marketing teams, graphic designers, or influencers to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Social Media and Marketing required.
- Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media sites.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing and maintaining a website.
