Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced skincare treatments including: Hydrafacial, Microneedling, High Frequency, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Enzyme Peels, BB Glow and Lip BB Glow Other related aesthetic service
- Carry out consultations to recommend suitable treatments to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment rooms.
- Operate and maintain spa equipment efficiently and safely.
- Record client treatment plans and progress.
- Train and mentor junior aestheticians and interns.
- Stay updated with skincare trends and new treatment technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a similar role.
- Relevant qualification/certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and suitable treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have reliable work references.
- Willingness to train others and contribute to team development.
- Must be professional, punctual, and trustworthy.
