Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage correspondence, filing, and school records efficiently.
- Organize school events, meetings, and official communications.
- Oversee inventory of office and classroom supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school’s values and policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Education Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role (preferably in a school setting).
- Familiarity with school administrative procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic record keeping
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision.
