We are seeking a proactive and organised administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage office operations, and provide excellent support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanour.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle incoming emails and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and organise office records, files, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist in organising company events, meetings, or training sessions.
  • Perform data entry, update databases, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organised office environment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
