Job summary
We are seeking an intuitive, skilled and experienced admin executive to oversee our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative staff, coordinating office activities, and implementing efficient processes to support the organisation's goals.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead administrative staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Coordinate office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the office budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and organised working environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, mass communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must reside in Jahi or Mabushi.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and be able to drive.
