Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation of business activities.
- Support internal processes and ensure efficient coordination across departments.
Sales & Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Support sales activities and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with team members to achieve organisational goals.
- Provide general support to enhance overall business operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 30 years.
- Proven experience in administrative and sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must reside in close proximity to Berger, Lagos (proximity is crucial).
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 net
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
