Job summary

<p>Specifi VA UK Ltd is recruiting professional and confident virtual assistants to support a leading UK business group through outbound calling and appointment setting. This role is ideal for individuals with call centre, telesales, or customer service experience who are looking to gain international work exposure.</p> <p>You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, introducing services, and booking qualified appointments for the UK sales team. Full training, scripts, and ongoing support will be provided.</p>

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Sales Support:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
  • Present services professionally using the provided scripts
  • Identify interested prospects and book qualified appointments
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times


CRM & Reporting:

  • Update call records and outcomes accurately
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads and appointments
  • Submit daily and weekly performance reports
  • Ensure proper follow-up scheduling where necessary


Performance Management:

  • Meet daily call activity targets
  • Achieve appointment setting targets
  • Maintain high communication quality standards
  • Participate in coaching and improvement sessions


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in: call centre, customer service skills, telemarketing, telesales or receptionist
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence speaking on the phone
  • Strong listening skills
  • Good organizational ability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Target-driven and resilient personality
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Mandatory Work Tools & Environment

Benefits:

  • Data Allowance: NGN 25,000 monthly
  • Power/Fuel Allowance: NGN 30,000 monthly
