The Ticketing and Reservation Officer (Amadeus user) handles daily travel arrangements for individual, corporate, and governmental clients. This role focuses on optimizing search options, issuing flight tickets, booking hotel accommodations, and managing itineraries via Global Distribution Systems (GDS) while providing exceptional service and maintaining accuracy in fare rules and ticketing guidelines.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Issue, reissue, and cancel flight tickets on Amadeus GDS accurately and promptly
- Handle BSP remittance, sales reporting, and ensure compliance with BSP Nigeria procedures
- Create and manage PNRs, fare quotes, and itinerary planning for clients
- Respond to client booking requests and provide travel advisory
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and maintain proper ticketing records
- Liaise with airlines and partners on fares, availability, and special requests
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Ticketer with hands-on Amadeus GDS
- A diploma in Travel & Tourism, or IATA certification is an added advantage
- Ability to handle BSP operations and BSP link reporting
- Strong attention to detail and good customer service skills
- Must be resident in Abuja and able to resume immediately
Location: Abuja, FCT (Abuja residents only)
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly
