Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and accurately record food and beverage orders
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Process bills and handle payments when required
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
- Follow all company policies and service procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / High School certificate
- Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Neat appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
