Responsibilities:
Front Desk Customer Service:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently.
- Assist guests with information about services, menus, facilities, promotions, and events.
- Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest requests, and feedback.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat patronage.
Online Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, website chat, and other digital platforms.
- Manage online reservations, orders, and booking requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, availability, and promotions.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages professionally.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to management when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image across all online platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
