Product and Business Developer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the development, launch, and improvement of products and services to meet market demands.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market reach and revenue generation.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and achievement of business objectives.
• Monitor product performance and business development initiatives, preparing reports and recommending improvements for continuous growth

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, product management, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and market research skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis/reporting tools.
