Responsibilities:
- Guest Services & Luggage Handling: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Safely lift, tag, and transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Room Orientations: Escort guests to their accommodations, clearly explaining room features, safety exits, and general hotel facilities.
- Concierge Duties: Assist guests with inquiries about local points of interest, dining recommendations, and transportation bookings (e.g., taxis and event tickets).
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the main entrance, driveway, and lobby are neat, clean, and free of clutter.
- Valet Services: Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, securing keys according to hotel procedures.
- Front Desk Support: Run errands within the hotel, deliver messages, and assist the reception staff during busy periods.
- Safety and Security: Remain vigilant about suspicious activity, ensure guest privacy, and know the hotel's emergency evacuation protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
