Pastry/Alacarte Chef
Job summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of pastries, pizzas, French fries, small chops, and other fast-food items. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in baking, snack production, food presentation, and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, meat pies, sausage rolls, doughnuts, and other baked products.
- Prepare and serve pizzas, French fries, burgers, sandwiches, and related fast-food items.
- Produce a variety of small chops, including samosas, spring rolls, puff-puff, mosa, and gizdodo.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in menu planning and the development of new pastry and snack items.
- Minimise food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Meet production targets and customer orders within specified timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
