Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of vacation rentals or short-let properties.
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and ensure top-tier customer service.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and property support staff.
- Ensure all rooms and facilities are clean, functional, and guest-ready.
- Handle reservations, bookings, guest communication, and payments.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor occupancy, prepare reports, and ensure high guest satisfaction ratings.
- Inspect properties regularly and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years experience managing vacation rentals, hotels, lodges, or short-stay apartments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of reservation platforms and guest management systems (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, PMS software).
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service delivery.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
